One of the first thing you will notice about my lesson is who’s doing most of the talking – it’s you, the students. Tennis is a game driven by by feell and technique, so it’s essential that I understand what you are experiencing on th court. I train my player to become their own on-court coaches – able to self-assess, make adjustments, and truly understand their games
Professional EXPERIENCE
COACHING EXPERIENCE
- Over 25 years of coaching experience across the country.
- Worked with (and learned from) some of the best coaches in the country – Dick Gould (ITA Hall of Famer, 24 of his players went on to become top 15 in the world), Frank Brennan (21 years at Stanford U and ITA Hall of Famer), John Letts (Founder of ITennis and former quarterfinalist at The Australian Open).
- Coached Santa Monica College to a top 20 JUCO National Ranking, #1 singles player in the country and #2 doubles team in the country in 2022.
- Helped place over 20 players onto college teams and over 80 players onto high school varsity teams.
- Coached several USTA Adult League teams to Sectionals.
PLAYING EXPERIENCE
- Played singles and doubles professionally. First tournament – 2001 challenger, Theusbridge.com Tennis Classic, Last tournament – 2005 Internationaux de Tennis de Blois (France).
- Scholarship player and captain at a Division I University (several singles/doubles/team titles).
- Decorated Junior Player 4) Won several medals at the Empire State Games (NY)
